Doesn't seem too expensive. He's etched some of his cigars as a test. I think it could be part of an anti-counterfeit toolbox but like how many measures have been bypassed already? it's a bit of "whack a mole". What might work is etched serial#'s on the sticks, under the bands, in the box as well. All their premiums are with imported tobacco ( majority Rep Dominicana) and they are obsessed by perfection. I smoked, one back home, 3 of the cigars they gifted me and only one was worth to finish.
