It is absolutely massive. I know nothing about the organised bikie blue oyster bar brigade people. But what I do know is that you can walk into certain places here and buy a packet of cigarettes for $15.....upset the natural order of things for the blue oyster bar people. They will burn you to the footings.

There was a recent local news story that one particular Melbourne tobacco outlet was targeted twice within a week! These people are highly motivated on gaining revenge, it seems.

Best guess, it's a sign for competitors to back off from someone's claimed territory. Frankly, that's how these types roll, so-to-speak.
