Only been in an RV once for three weeks driving around Tuscany. Fun, but done 😂

Hope y'all having a lovely time!

Merry Christmas!

The only way to do an RV is with min. 300w of solar, some decent batteries and gas!

Wife and I have been renovating inside of this rv off and on (more off) for 6 months. Today we left Sonoma county headed for Oregon. If sunny tomorrow will smoke a celebratory cigar.

Any other RV or caravan peeps out there?

EDIT:  Not sunny instead snow on the ground Christmas morning.

Good on you.... this must be the snow that just hit us in Boise... My wife has a hard time getting me out with ours anymore....

I think you went the wrong direction... You should be down here in Arizona where it's relatively warm. Lots of amazing places to go 'wheeling in that bad ass jeep!

The Mrs and I have been spending our winters on Lake Havasu for a few years now. We store a 5th wheel here thru the summer and travel back and forth in a toy hauler and do a bit of adventuring along the way, mostly thru the desert Southwest. Life is good on the road!

Good luck with your project, RVs can be a pain in the ass sometimes but always rewarding... somehow we always seem to find a 1 star resort with 5 star people. 😎

Wondering if your setup is a toy hauler ?  Thinking of getting a RZR trail. I can haul dirt bikes in my truck but a RZR is whole different deal.

My goal in 24 is to buy a Ram Promaster and convert it. Simple set up, and for starters to fish out of. It's become a real financial burden to drive up north and pay for motel rooms and food, gas, all that adds up and with an RV I will be able to fish for steelhead and other species for longer periods.

It will open up so many options. If I like it enough I'll probably live and work out of it. California is becoming less appealing to me these days due to cost of living, overcrowding and a number of other factors. Great photos btw!

Ya, I rode dirtbikes for many years also, but "with age comes the cage" 🙄

The side by sides are incredible. Fast, agile and pretty much can go anywhere your cojones will allow. Mine has been super reliable but like a dirtbike, you've gotta do the maintenance.

You've got some great riding in ID...We hit the dunes @ St Anthony every other year.

Go rent one for a day, and get your checkbook ready!!🙂

Yup, currently nursing 4 broken ribs from my latest adventure... not to mention no ACL or PCL in my left knee and I think I may have lost my ACL in my right knee from the latest. Also...re-evaluating my life choices at the moment.
