Trademarks. What you can get away with.

I am assuming Ford Motor Company didn't register its trademark under the tobacco classification/category

Under modern trademarks doctrine I’m pretty sure they’d still win an infringement suit because of how similar the font is (likely to cause confusion). Who knows, maybe this box came out before Ford’s cursive logo and was the true inspiration!

Which Ford was first? 

Ford Automotive should release F150 cigars and offer them after test drive or purchase.  The cigars should be rolled in the good olde US of A.
