Not very common for Cuban tobacco in an international blend

Wrapper: Madura Natural Jalapa (Nicaragua)
Binder: Banda Viso Condega (Nicaragua)
Filler: Jalapa, Condega (Nicaragua) and Seco (Cuba)
Vitola: Favoritas, RG 52 x 145 mm

You can certainly get it. Volado/Seco

Quality however is another issue

I noticed that too. I think the quality of the Seco leaf is really what sets Cuban cigars apart from Non Cubans. The best stuff has a lot of Flavor with out that mouth burning ligero strength.

This is the key. I doubt Cuba is exporting much, if any, Vuelta Abajo leaf. But why not sell some of the stuff from Remedios or Oriente that would be going into peso cigars any way.

I liked their previous blend with Cuban tobacco. One problem: they never learned how to roll perfecto. Why choose a format that factory can't roll in high quality… Perhaps the name of this release should be "Dostoevsky. Idiot"…

I feel like they missed an opportunity to put an ak-47 somewhere on the label or even cooler have the cigar box look like an old Russian ammo crate.
