Spada Gorda at 72 days

Having my second SG here a couple months later and, as predicted, the flavors are no longer hiding. First half showed a lot more richness than before, some dried fruit, honey, and floral notes. Second half is giving me a heavy molasses note with baking spices (divine) and the coffee is getting more prevalent but NOT overpowering. This is remarkably better than last time, and in another month or so I will check in again - that is, if I don’t decide to light up another three after this one.
