Each province has different rules in Ontario (where I live) you can grow 4 plants but they don't limit the size of the plant so technically you could have 4 massive trees and it's legal. 

My advice though is learn to grow indoors less volume but much higher quality since you're not fighting the elements.

Legal to start growing where I am on Thursday.Six plants.  Recreational dispensaries not likely until next fall. All of the sudden my buddies have lots of questions about how I grow my veggies from seeds 😂
