This is indeed a rarity. Maybe twice a year you come across such unbalanced individuals.  I don't particularly mind this type of character as they are not trying to be fraudulent. They are simply clueless. 

 

Two boxes of fake counterfeit RASCC were returned to you today, shipping cost me $87 dollars US, if the Bolivar PC’s are fake they will be sent back as well, I will be notifying my bank. How dare you guys knowingly sell me fake Cuban cigars?! Tell Rob DONT CONTACT ME, AND I WILL NOT BE BACK, CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

To request a chargeback, ie reverse the charge on his credit card. It's a pain in the arse for retailers to contest the chargeback.

You don't need may advice on this as you've already responded!  I'm sure it was something along the lines of "hey mate - calm down - send the cigars back and we'll be glad to send you a refund".  Only writing to share some advice I received as a very young man in business from my mentor ... he once said to me "avoid glandular responses at all costs"!  I only wish I could have followed his advice more during my business career - I'd probably have more money in the bank for retirement.

A compliment to you and most all of the members here at FOH.  I've always appreciated that when the thread gets heated, someone steps in (usually El Presidente or the Mods) and reminds us of the forum rules.  Paraphrasing here - Honest, free debate and never make it personal or take it over the top.  I only wish that was more common in the rest of the world.

Probably the same guy that was on Reddit screaming my Cohibas were fake. Told me to bring them to the FoH forum and he would prove it! I didn't even have the heart to tell him that this is where I bought them. Don't be saddened, mental illness is a thing and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it.  What saddens me is there is a lot of toxic people on Reddit and a lot are joining good forums.

Been there. I sent someone some Montecristo No. 2’s before. He called me up saying that he had had the No. 2 before but this was not a No. 2 and wanted to send them back. I agreed. I was happy to never talk to him again
