Rob, so many worship the Dip #4. Were they that good? And what flavors did they have?

I want the Upmann Petit Corona back. Such a good cigar, love that Upmann profile.

Rafael Gonzalez Corona Extra- one of the first Cubans that introduced me to the profile of Cuban tobacco

#3? Dunno

Bolivar Coronas Gigantes
SLR PC
RyJ Exhibition №3

All were great cigars that I didn't smoke enough of at the time as I thought they'd be around forever. Why didn't I hoard some?!

The DIp 4 were to me far better than the H. Upmann Petit Corona.

Medium bodied/touch below, full flavoured, unsweetened cheese cake/ savoury pie crust/strong mezzo coffee, and a viry light touch of 5 spice

So many Mangle Commerce mezzo mezzo coffee member throw away Inappropriate

Didn't the Bolivar Corona Extra come in 50 cabs?

Punch Royal Selecion No 12

Por Larranaga Panetelas anytime anywhere and you can give away as many as you like . I can recall ordering multiple boxes on line for 57 US notes. Now in Oz you will not find one for under $25 if at all.

Upmann Petit Corona

For me it is the smaller everyday cigars or in most cases your second cigar , all of the above were perfect follow up cigars for me after having something far more substantial . Miss them all and many more .

LGC MDO 2 for me as well . That said a box would last a year not a month

I concur with many submissions above (and would underline the Bolivar Corona Gigantes) but would add:

  1. San Luis Rey Serie A
  2. El Rey Del Mundo Lonsdales
  3. La Gloria Cubana Medaille d'Or No. 2

I've not smoked very much of the above but from what I have, I'd love to hoard these smokes...

Yes, SPB 25s, SLB 25s & SLB 50s. Also SPB 10s pre-02 but those are fairly rare. Miss them dearly.

My three: RA 898, HU Super Corona, Punch SS2. BCE and Trini RE right on bubble (although Trini RE is still kind of around.)

Punch SS2, one of the discontinued RGs (Slenderellas, Lonsdales, Coronas Extras or Tres Petits Lonsdales), Partagas SdC no, 1 or 2 or 3 (any of them).

Edit: going with Punch SS2, RG Slenderellas and Partagas SdC no. 2, final answer.

Hoyo Churchill

Bolivar Corona Extra

RyJ Corona

(In general, on my return to Cuban cigars after being mostly out of the market for a decade, I've been LESS disappointed by the price increases than by the Cuban decision-makers' choice to eliminate the Corona size (5.5x42), and near-elimination of Corona Gorda and Churchill sized cigars.)
