El Presidente Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Vintage Figurado display. I love the look of no 8. Say, 54 girth and 5 inch. 2
eg133 Posted August 12, 2023 Posted August 12, 2023 Hopefully this is pre-shadowing for a future nudies/mofoh double figurado Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
NSXCIGAR Posted August 12, 2023 Posted August 12, 2023 No. 6 looks about right for me. About Tacos size? 1
Justins123 Posted August 12, 2023 Posted August 12, 2023 Funny. Looking at these my mind immediately goes to NC brands back in the day. Mainly Fuente. Always loved the Untold Story. Looks like No. 1.
JohnS Posted August 12, 2023 Posted August 12, 2023 Funny...No.9 would have probably been the most popular vitola worldwide, pre-1930s. 1
El Presidente Posted August 14, 2023 Author Posted August 14, 2023 Well that poll didn't go in the direction I thought it would

gormag38 Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 It's pretty close between No 6 and No 2 for me. I love a good No2, but rarely can find the time to sit down and smoke them. No 6 appears to have a good RG/length that may be more manageable for a daily/weekly driver.
Low Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Could just be that I've smoked many Fuente Hemingway Signatures, but 6 was a lock for me 2
Bill Hayes Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 I liked 7, like a box pressed Padron. Or short pyramid. Also can adjust the cut to suit your gob, mood or climatic conditions. ie. Humid, rainy or windy wider cut so less re-lights maybe - Sunny, calm dry then perfect for a shallow cut to take one's time.

Glass Half Full Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 Once upon a time, I thought figurados were the be all and end all. I still love them, as so many can provide such surprises in transitions. Now, I'm about 70% parejos, ...though I do think it's largely because there are so many more parejos from which to choose. Now, I just believe even more strongly in variety as the spice of life. That said, ...I do lean towards skinnys or figurados if I wanted to pick out something special without extensive age (though even more special with age, just fewer of them in my own collection). Just personal preference. ...But a Britannica, piramide or any figurado can be such a special thing when well constructed.
cigaraholic Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 I’ll take #2 all day long….but #1 on the weekends and on the golf course 🌈
Sir Diggamus Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 No 5 is my choice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
