There used to be a good lounge North of there about a half mile on the left. Is it still there?

Habanos Smoke Shop is around there but it isn't quite a lounge. Outside of that, Hamlet isn't aware of anything that comes to mind currently open.

That was all 20 years ago to me.😔

Are cigar lounges around in Oz? Or non existent?

Very good ones. But most people on here aren’t members. 60 usd for a rass. Plus thousands in membership a year. Not worth it my book. Some states have better smoking rules than others in terms of smoking at bars etc. Queensland (where Rob is) is funnily enough probably the most prohibitive state for smoking venues.

Also weather here is pretty good all year round really in most places.

That sounds awful. Even here in Ohio where we have a smoking ban, tobacco stores are exempt.

I wonder if the OZ membership fees are needed to call it a ‘private club’ or something.

Private member's fees are probably more likely to keep the general riff raff like me out, most working/middle class people can't really afford to blow thousands on a membership.

I doubt it.

It was simply Hamlets local.

It should be their house branded cigars.  Why not?

Baby steps ;)

Desnudo/Nudies reorders caught us by surprise. We have had to recast our 2024 production projections which means finding another two pairs, training them etal. It takes a few months as we do not wish to compromise QC.

Limits on production numbers. Rob only has a small team of rollers. He is not the Partagas factory.

Rob while you travel and go to lounges especially with Hamlet do any of the patrons recognize you guys? I would shat myself with excitement 😂. Better question: do the workers? Have you ever been asked if you need help in the humidor?

How long before pairs start bickering like an old married couple? Or misbehaving like naughty school kids? Do you have to rotate pairs? 😁
