With regard to the presence of women in the institution, he valued that it exceeds 70 percent, as a sign of the commitment of Cuban society with gender equity, a part of these women occupying important management positions. Nelson Cordovés headed a delegation composed of his advisor Miguel Núñez, with the guidance and support of Cuba’s ambassador to Belgium and the European Union, Yaira Jimenez, and other diplomats. 3

Its sure makes the process more pleasant than in the states! 1

Its sure makes the process more pleasant than in the states! Seems like 90% but I think it may be because they're typically fairly decent looking and we're focusing on them. I wouldn't doubt 70-80%. I bet if you actually paid attention it's probably 1 man to 4 or 5 women. Possibly more of the administration is men and less visible.
