Have enjoyed the others from this box thus far. So here we go. I cut the end of and try the draw, to find that it has a pleasing firmness to it.

 

Opens up with a buttery feel and has milk coffee notes. This remains in the and soon in joins a pastry bready feel with light woody notes.

2nd third and a sweetness becomes prevalent which is burnt sugar like. The notes from the first third all still playing along though the wood flavour has picked up a touch.

Into the final third a creamy aspect joins and coffee has picked up intensity but balanced with the the sweetness which is butterscotch like.

Just over an hour to get through this and enjoyable right to the end. Solid 91 for me
