It’s all u could think of with (BR) next to them. We have developed the Petit 109 and 109 as a potential BR release. Still a little bit of work to do on them but they will be finalised this month. 3 1

fokker4me Posted June 5, 2023 Posted June 5, 2023 Looking forward to this coming. Not my size at all but I'll take the shot.
Perla Posted June 5, 2023 Posted June 5, 2023 Just smoking a N3 from the 2019 batch. A very good cigar/blending. Looking forward for the next batch coming up. Even it’s not my favourite size. 1
GVan Posted June 5, 2023 Posted June 5, 2023 @El Presidente - been saving my $'s for the past three months. When the wife complained about my Jan and Feb NC purchases -- the old "do you really need more cigars" line -- I told her one more big purchase. And, I guessed correctly - told her it would be in June! Looking forward to placing the order. Especially looking forward to the Corona Gorda and Short Corona sizes coming in the future. Been getting into the smaller sizes and shorter smoking times as life keeps getting busier despite now being retired for my third time. Can't wait to taste one in August / September - I've learned to be patient and wait at least 60 days after shipping and receipt. Amazing how many times I've smoked one at or about 30 days and written in my notes to give them another 60 to 90 days. The Nudie Rosado Carlota was good at the 90 day mark but was "on fire" at 10 months. It's now one of the top cigars in my rotation. Thanks to you, Hamlet, the FOH team and the tasting panel for all the work! 4

Thanks to you, Hamlet, the FOH team and the tasting panel for all the work! The Carlota was my favorite of the bunch, mostly for reason of size. I too can rarely find time for an hour+ smoke these days. The Carlotas were yummy! Thanks to Hamlet and Rob. I don't think being on a tasting panel would qualify as work! 😬 2
RichG Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 @El Presidente will these nudies ship to US customers via Miami like the previous release? Just smoked a Carlotta Maduro this afternoon while tinkering around with my boat and some Havana Club. They are smoking fantastic right now, excited to see how the new blends stack up.

I'm actually good with that review. From the 2 packages in the tastings, I think this is mostly accurate. Sweet, cookie-dough/honey. One thing that is kind of brilliant is that these build, as opposed to most NC that establish then run flat. The construction is par excellence! The (Volcano) ash that is usually exclusive to Cuban tobacco is present here. You can pick them up with your middle fingers. I've never seen that in NC tobacco... Draw perfect for those of us that smoke CC most of the time. Resistance but not tight. We did have fun during the tasting panel Zooms! 🤣 Don't let your children in the room, as Hamlet cusses like a sailor!!! 5 2

duabley Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 Im also looking forward to this! In for one of these and a bundle or two of the corona gordo. 109 sounds awesome too As the cost of cubans has spiraled out of control, the old pc and part shorts budgets as daily smokers at around $4- 6 per stick (last purchase of boli pc's was at $160ish) has been completely sent out to the nc world for me. The trouble is those blends just arent there (or even close) to cuban tobacco in smaller sizes. Is this because the nc market only focuses on fat ring gauges or that n/c tobacco just cant hold up? Pres, can you help out the poor man? The og rosado lance was knocked out of the park! Is it possible to catch lightning in a bottle for a cheep and cheerful short nudie to rival a sublime 30 min cuban? Lol All the best brother, your labours of passion have given us all a little hope in the goodness of mankind!

Lol All the best brother, your labours of passion have given us all a little hope in the goodness of mankind! Thank you for the kind words You are all going to have to work with us. This is a venture really just starting. On the upside, you have a grower/manufacturer/blender/factory/entrepreneur who are top notch in regards to this realm. However, we require top notch input from lovers of the leaf on the ground. That is your role. Small format cigars are an issue. The cost to producing a Petit Corona to a Double Robusto is 15% less. That is the reason that the NC world see's so few small format cigars produced. I don't particularly care. I/we produce what we like. ROI will be balanced and I don't want to take it into the equation. FOH input is key. Buy them. Smoke them. Advise. We will produce what works for you as long as Hamlet an I love them. 4 1

winelover Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 Rob, loving the project, and eagerly anticipated is an understatement! I just hope that I am not snoozing when these finally get released, because folks here won't hang around to snap up as much as they can - which is why I hope that there is a limit of one box per person. I will try my best to be on top of things - just wish there was an email alert! Best G

They are custom rolled "bundles", and I have not heard anything about any "limits per person". Rob said there will be plenty to go around. Now will he allow one member to buy up every bundle? Likely not.😆 1
ha_banos Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 Got to say. N3 Carlota tonight was a decent stick up till the half way point when it lost its way. N4 yesterday. @Hamlet what were you expecting? Just no! Looking forward to trying this!

Luca Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 Can't wait for these. So excited. I've loved all of the Nudies that have come out. They're my regular go to smoke. They never let me down. Thank you!!!
