I stopped chasing REs a long time ago. The best ones for me: 

2005 RA Belicoso Finos Exclusive Release Regional Series. 

This was a H&K product and was stunningly strong young, much like the RA CE.

The Bolívar Especiales No.2 Edición Regional Alemania was/is a great cigar.

It seems I smoked the PL Encantos too quickly. At 5 years I thought they were nothing special.

Quite a few REs and Els never did it for me and I traded away quite a few and used the funds to buy Cohiba. No regrets.

I’ve only tried half a dozen regionals, but of those I can say the Punch 898 and ERDM Tainos were the only two I liked enough to purchase more of. Plus they’ve both kept getting better and better over the past few years. If they made more regionals under a 50 RG I’d have more interest. But that’s new releases writ large nowadays.

Bolivar Esp no.2 only smoked 2 both were great and a size I love.

 

Punch ManTua somed one loved it wish I had a box to lay and see how they develop, but getting one was hard enough.

 

Bolivar B2, smoked many at LCDH Montreal and loved them at the time. I don't know that I would chase them today but I sure do remember liking them.
