Not buying anything about this one.

First, there's no indication that band was ever used post-Rev. Also the bands are pristine. 

Second, those cigars look like they were made yesterday. The box is in fair condition but the cigars look in perfect condition. And it could be the lighting but it looks like the wrappers on the cigars towards the right are a bit darker. 

I'm not sure what cigars those would be as there hasn't been a Franciscanos in prodcution since 2006, the last being the RyJ TPC but why change the bands? Probably some SP Bachilleres rebanded. 

The warranty seal is also on the wrong side but that could be Cuba being Cuba in those days. The box itself is probably legit and the stamp puts it late 60s-early 70s.
