So glad you got this organised Rob. If I stayed one more day I would have been there, just for the experience. I look forward to hearing how it all goes later in the day!

Nice fish! We see those up and down the east coast of the US, we typically call them False Albacore, Little Tunny, or just Albies depending on where you are. One of the absolutely most fun fish to catch especially on light tackle or fly rod.

Did Hamlet have to throw that little guy back?

How much did Hamlet bitch about the cold LOLOL

Don’t laugh at us Di. Hamlet and I are from the same neck of the woods and since I moved to North Carolina I haven’t taken my hoodie off, even once…🥶

Be nice to Hamlet, he is holding the first fish in close to his body.  A fish pic faux pas but it looks like he got the memo for the second go.

Ah, perspective.  And Mike's got the game down pat I see.  I think I recall an older thread of Ken accusing Rob of the forward fish press as well....or was it vice versa?  Hard to remember sometimes with those two 😁

I admire the honesty of a fisherman who just holds the fish.

Ken once held a fish so far out in front from him for a photo...... that he fell over, 🙄

I'm sure he tells the story differently. “that fish was sooo big...."
