jaybo41 Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 Party Shorts was the first to come to mind. Close second would be El Principe. Realistically, flip a coin. Both are worthy. 2
Ford2112 Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 Partagas cigars in general seem pretty consistent these days. 2
Popular Post GaryK 54 Posted May 3, 2023 Popular Post Posted May 3, 2023 H. Upmann Magnum 46. Surprised it hasn’t already been mentioned. Always consistent flavour, and the burn/construction are always spot on. 5
shokao Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 Partagas D4 and HDM Epicure No. 2 IMO. Smoked plenty of both and never got a turd or a bad unit. 1
Ford2112 Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 I was giving this some thought and really PLPC is consistent. I know what I'm gonna get . This one this morning had that classic sweet note and toasted tobacco. 91 points. 3
cmbarton Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 HdM DC is the most consistent CC I've ever smoked. It doesn't matter where or how I source them, or how young or aged they are, they always satisfy. Runner Up: JL2. The only reason I don't consider them the most consistent is because there was a '14 or '15 box that knocked my socks off and despite my best efforts, I've never been able to find another box that was as spectacular. Solid smoke regardless! Honorable Mention: Partagas Culebras. Seriously. Like them or not, they rarely if ever deviate. 2

Of the maybe 10-12 I've smoked, they've all been perfect. Little bit of a wind tunnel, but that's fine considering the format.
Sir Diggamus Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 For me it’s the H. Upmann Mag 46. Similar flavors over the years and generally approachable in the first few years of age. Never had a bad one. Runner up for me is the discontinued Bolivar Tubos no 3. I had several boxes over the years with ages between 2005 and 2019, and while most of Bolivar line seems to be MUCH lighter in body and force as the years go on, the Tubos no 3 seem to have the maintained the same blend and consistency of flavors. Perla Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 King of Consistency is in no particular order: Hupmann 46 PL Montecarlo Trinidad Reyes and MC Especial No2 never had let me down, never plugged and always fingerburning good 2
