Ken Gargett Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 family gave me a weekend cheese course for a birthday a while back. terrific thing. made some cracking cheeses. i had regularly made ricotta before that. have all the stuff and always meant to keep it up but time interferes. must rectify that. it is a really good thing to do. i am so far below the level shown here but i am inspired. 1
Lewberry Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 Amazing! Cheeses! I’ve done mozzarella once from raw milk from SC, best I’ve ever eaten, but pales in comparison to what you’ve made! Do you have anything you can use the separated liquid afterwards? I needed up just giving mine to my chickens, but I didn’t know if it was truly spent or not.. Also, I’ve always wanted to try yogurt but not even sure it’s cost effective to do so 1
madandana Posted March 15, 2023 Posted March 15, 2023 That’s amazing. I thought you were joking about making cheese when you reviewed that awesome Mexican Cohiba. You are a man of many talents! 1
