I'm doing an extremely low carb and limited calorie diet combined with working out 5 days a week, so I don't think any of my "recipies" would fit in here. It's mainly, I smoked a bunch of chicken and I'm pairing it with steamed broccoli, or asparagus

Fat/protein heavy friendly diet. Tough through the week eating a lot of eggs and low starch veggies but this is manageable!

This was my high calorie "cheat" meal for the Super Bowl. Smoked chicken thigh, broiled sumac asparagus, topped with a ton of cajun hollandaise.

Beyond my daily morning shake I have been really enjoying my daily lunches that are healthy and easy to make. I start with a simple recipe for quinoa (1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water/broth), and that nets me 3 to 4 servings for lunch prep. In the mornings I add a mix of veggies, dried fruits, a little cheese, and leftover chicken or fish and take it to the office for a healthy, quick lunch. I add a little dressing that also gives it a kick. Pictured below is a batch in which I added diced celery, capers, chopped spinach, diced cucumber, Kalamata olives, and goat cheese. The simple dressing recipe is as follows and generally nets two servings that I divide up into two small containers

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon granulated onion

Lost nearly fifteen pounds so far, but wishing it was a bit more. Sautéed some scallops tonight, and was reminded that they are in fact my favorite meat. Delicious! Also cooked some less healthy Parmesan mushroom risotto. Great meal tonight.

I'm doing okay. I've lost about 3 kgs or around 7 lbs. I've lost weight faster in the past but I feel that I have better energy levels throughout the day just by avoiding processed foods.

Birthday week didn't help much on the losing weight part. But still trucking.

I weighed in at 118.3. Probably the smallest amount lost possible. Tough month in some aspects. Going to refocus this month

Sorry, I somehow missed this thread entirely and posted my march update in the sign up thread. 96.1 kg, but weights have been going great -  I'm happy to be back in the habit!
