Popular Post sethw.ross Posted January 23, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 23, 2023 Winston Churchill, Kennedy, Babe Ruth, Twain.. This is a great cigar that I imagine the greats would have been smoking had they been given the opportunity. Let’s be honest. Size matters. The QD 54 is the best of both worlds with a perfect girth and length. Coming in at a 54 ring gauge and at 5 3/8” it is a pleasant 2 hour smoke. The wider ring gauge allows the optimal air flow through the cigar to receive those perfect pure white clouds. This cigar is best enjoyed paired with an iced caramel macchiato on a sunny afternoon. During the first third one can expect the signature notes of the Quai Dorsey brand offering sweet cream, caramel, and gingerbread. In the second and last third is we’re this cigar differs from its counter part, the QD 50. This cigar then shows its full profile with strong notes or cedar and nuttiness. This cigar overall has a consistent burn, flavor profile, and never disappoints. This stays a humidor necessity. 8
