I was already down 15 LBS (6.8 K) when the comp. Started and have lost another 5 (2.2 K) since it started. I plan on losing another 10 lbs and then just work on maintaining. I’ll still be overweight b

211 lbs as of this morning. Grateful for this challenge to be motivation! My goal is 195. I've never been this thin as an adult and I haven't been under 220 since high school!

I didn't bother this year. Had a blood test. Cholesterol 6.1. now I'm on WID (Wife Imposed Diet.)

Just snuck in 4 chocolates while she's doing some face mask treatment thing. Combined the wrappers into one scrunched up wrapper. She'll never realise.

Can't complain too much. We went for lunch today

Same weight as my early March weigh-in, but over 9 weeks I'm down just under 3 kgs and I'm okay with that. For me, this has been on-going since I returned from an extended holiday to Greece, visiting relatives, and the festivities at that time (September 2022) culminated in me reaching somewhere around the 108 kgs mark.

I'm happy to keep going with this. If I reach 93 kgs in the next two to three months I'd be elated.

I'm down to 84kg, a loss of about 4.3kg. Still going down, so I'm happy about that. My plan is to get under 80kg, maybe try for 75kg.

LOL this was also mentioned when I weighed in. We have a tiny bathroom what can I say 😂 we looked for a compact scale and this is what we found. It works just fine though!

234.8 LBS ( 106.5).   I’ve stalled out recently but think I’ve done great considering we’ve be on Vacay since Christmas. As I mentioned earlier I lost quit a bit before the comp. Started so I’m very pleased.

I’m only 5 LBS (2.7 KG) from my goal which I should be able to knock out in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks Rob and team for doing this, the motivation helps a lot!

Well at least my weight went down rather than up.
Lost less than a kg.
Time to focus on this more.
Well done to everyone who did better than I did.
