jakebarnes Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 210.5. Shouldn't have had the Indian food last night 😕 3
ha_banos Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 I didn't bother this year. Had a blood test. Cholesterol 6.1. now I'm on WID (Wife Imposed Diet.) Just snuck in 4 chocolates while she's doing some face mask treatment thing. Combined the wrappers into one scrunched up wrapper. She'll never realise. Can't complain too much. We went for lunch today Well done to all those who stuck with it. Health and happiness to all x 1
Popular Post Capn_Jackson Posted April 2, 2023 Popular Post Posted April 2, 2023 The way March was going, I didn’t think I’d lose this much. The purchase of a treadmill, raw broccoli and sugar snap peas for snacks, and much less whiskey have paid off these two months! Still a big guy, and probably always will be, but my feet aren’t as swollen, my back doesn’t hurt as much, and my knees don’t crack as loudly. 😁 This is a good start! Now to keep it up… 5
Popular Post cl0udmaster Posted April 2, 2023 Popular Post Posted April 2, 2023 211 lbs as of this morning. Grateful for this challenge to be motivation! My goal is 195. I've never been this thin as an adult and I haven't been under 220 since high school! 6
JohnS Posted April 2, 2023 Posted April 2, 2023 Same weight as my early March weigh-in, but over 9 weeks I'm down just under 3 kgs and I'm okay with that. For me, this has been on-going since I returned from an extended holiday to Greece, visiting relatives, and the festivities at that time (September 2022) culminated in me reaching somewhere around the 108 kgs mark. I'm happy to keep going with this. If I reach 93 kgs in the next two to three months I'd be elated. 4

A good shit and some dehydration and here we are. Down 0.7kg 😂😂😂 Damn dude! You're so heavy you have shifted the load on your house and split that flooring trim away from the wall!!! 1 1
Fuzz Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 I'm down to 84kg, a loss of about 4.3kg. Still going down, so I'm happy about that. My plan is to get under 80kg, maybe try for 75kg. 2
Popular Post Low Posted April 3, 2023 Popular Post Posted April 3, 2023 Starting weight 304.4 lbs / 138.3 kg Final weight 254.8 lbs / 115.6 kg Down 49.6 lbs / 22.5 kg Missed my goal of 250 by about 5 pounds, so that's a little disappointing, as I made a huge push for the last month or so to make weight. Have to re-evaluate and go to a healthier rate of loss after this comp, since losing 5lbs a week isn't sustainable. Still looking to be about 210-215 by the end of summer. 4 1

madandana Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 234.8 LBS ( 106.5). I’ve stalled out recently but think I’ve done great considering we’ve be on Vacay since Christmas. As I mentioned earlier I lost quit a bit before the comp. Started so I’m very pleased. I’m only 5 LBS (2.7 KG) from my goal which I should be able to knock out in the next couple of weeks. Thanks Rob and team for doing this, the motivation helps a lot! 2
HuffnPuffff Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 Well at least my weight went down rather than up. Lost less than a kg. Time to focus on this more. Well done to everyone who did better than I did. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1
Cigar-Therapy Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 Oh snap - forgot the final weigh in - damn kids sports taking up the weekend. Great job to all!
