Welcome to the 2023 International Fat Bastard Competition!

9 week challenge

 

 

This is the weekend we start party.gif

The Rules:

1. Register before Monday the 30th of January on this thread. You must register this week by saying that you are in as a competitor. 

Registration entails taking a photo of your feet on some scales In the photo we need to see your starting weight. There is no need to remove nail polish but please trim your toe nails :D

*No dangly bits to be shown in the photo
*Digital scales are preferred (save us some bloody work!)
*Set your scales to Metric if you can. if you can't, no problem.

Example. Make sure the readout is clearly seen. 


2. Post your photo before Monday the 30th of January on this thread.  You can start now.


4. Give us an update (no photo required) in the First weekend of March. 


5. On the First weekend of April take another photo of your feet on the scales with your finishing weight ( FAT BASTARD CSI team will match closing feet to opening feet looking.gif Photos must be in by 5PM Monday the 3rd of April. That is my time. 
 

*Largest weight loss as a % of starting weight wins a 10 count box of cigars to be chosen by myself.

* On the official FOH Fat Bastard Recip Thread, share your best Fat Bastard Recipes (from Tomorrow) and go into the draw for another 10 count box of cigars chosen by myself. All entries/recipes will go into a general draw for the box. 

 

It is all about having a little bit of fun and starting the year on a healthy "ish" note with some cigars to provide a little motivation :thumbsup:

Get those photos in over the next week.  We need them by Monday the 30th of January :D

I'm in. Currently at 210.3 pounds (sorry, I'm sure I can change this to metric, I just have no idea how to do it). I'm shooting for 175 pounds.

I'm in; Here we go!  

This brings back memories of when I lost 45 lb. in 3 weeks by catching Scarlet Fever at 28.  Just reviewing my options.

Hoping to get down below 90 kilos/200lbs! I’ve lost a lot of weight over the last year and have lost a lot of muscle as a result - I’ve just started back at the gym so Im anticipating gaining back some weight in muscle/retained water etc as a result. I had a body scan done last week and have another one scheduled at the end of the comp to get some more detailed information with regards to body composition, which should be interesting :)

66.2kg!

Holy blow out Batman!

Not done any exercise for 4 months. Stress eating the shit out of my local kebab shop.  
 

got the pool membership activated again. Swore at the kebab shop owners mother so he won’t take my business anymore. Will be ramadhan in a few weeks so a month of fasting coming up. I should have this in the bag! 

 

Target: 60kg, 70cm waist, swim 1000m without stopping

Good luck to all those who are doing the challenge. I recently lost 80 lbs in the past 2-3 months and still losing now. It’s hard to begin with but it slowly just becomes normal. Missed out on a 10 box though now 😂

I’m in- Sorry no Kg on this scale. And full disclosure I took this pick not today but as soon as Rob announced the comp. So if that’s not ok kick me out.😀
