Popular Post BuzzArd Posted January 1, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 1, 2023 I found a few minutes to sit and enjoy a favorite Friday night. Have yet to be disappointed in a Coloniales. What I’ve enjoyed has been very consistent. This box was partially hidden in the Cigar Jenga that is my old Ice Box Humidor. Paired with cool water and a nice fire. Cold draw was raisins. Light-up was nuttiness and a sharp ginger spice which persisted throughout. A distinct creaminess entered by the end of the first third and persisted through the remainder of the smoke. Not much of the whispy floral character I’ve enjoyed in these, but it wasn’t missed as the nuts, ginger and cream flavors were intense. Smoke production was excellent and the smoke had a thick, almost chewy character to it. Excellent! Smoking time was about 70 minutes. Overall rating 92. 14 1
