Was in Qatar last week. Asked at the duty free cigar shop at the airport and they just laughed. I then viewed the vast array of empty shelves. Not a single Cuban.

Well, giving some out at a launch event isn't exactly releasing them. And at the very end. So kind of not during. This launch should have been the weekend before and in retail during. 

But yes, these will be winners. And the price is high.
