My latest visit through T3 in Havana, the workers in the Duty Free area (after XRays) were letting us know that as of 12/7 USD will be accepted along with the other currencies. The other advantage is that they will be giving change in USD. The other currencies change is given in Cuban Pesos at 25:1. Cohibas were only visible in petacas (3/5), but saw quite a bit of Partagas P2 and D4 in boxes of 25. Also, saw a Chinese student that is studying in the US denied boarding to the US by American Airlines staff. Large groups still going to Nicaragua and heading to the US border. John

I really know that I can't talk US politics but I simply can't control myself. Bla Bla Bla Bla.
