That smoke had me totally lost in it and disconnected from the folks around me. A 6yo Fuente Between the Lines I had earlier in the year was wonderful. Less aged ones have not been quite as great. had a full box of punch DCs from 2000. the most bland, non-entities imaginable. ageing did nothing for them. so disappointing. was always told that there were good ones around.

I told you they were fakes when you purchased them in Cuba. You just never listen. 4

Popular Post Cigar Salute Posted December 8, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 8, 2022 EPM November 2018 Cohiba Medio Siglo I smoked a few months ago...Magic. I smoked it till it was a tiny pinch of tobacco hanging off the PerfecDraw. I feel like I get a handful of 95-pointers per year most years. Like cigars that I remember years later. And I've had a few that I'd rank above that. The absolute best NC cigars I've ever smoked were very memorable as well. There's two in particular I'd feel comfortable giving a 95 to - 2013 Tatuaje Black Label Corona Gorda (released and smoked mid 2014) & an Opus X Perfecxion no 5 I smoked fresh off the shelf in early 2015. The 2013 black label had an outstanding flavor to which I can't even articulate an appropriate comparison, and that particular Opus tasted like a mix of Graham crackers, cinnamon, and red pepper. I've yet to smoke another Opus that had a sweetness like that one did. 5
Popular Post oneizzzz Posted December 8, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 8, 2022 A 2022 Siglo V. I can still daydream quite easily about the chocolate aroma coming from the smoke of that cigar... 9
Greenhorn2 Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 Mine was a Cohiba Sig 2 the earlier part of 2022. Smoked when I got conned into a weekend girls trip in the mountains of Virginia. It was in the teens, froze my arse off nubbing it, but well worth it. 2
