Partagas Festival 2022

Hi all,

Heading to Cuba for the week of Nov 12, which aligns with the annual Partagas festival. Does anyone have any info on the itinerary or plans for the week? I know it's shortened by at least one day and we'll get way fewer cigars than usual, but any other info would be helpful. Thanks!

Havana was a ghost town after this recent Hurricane (Nicole). On Saturday our flight out was the only one going out that afternoon. Airlines are also denying you board the plane if you dont do the "d'viajeros" online form before checking in. La Giraldilla is usually empty and you might see 2-3 people there on a regular basis. John
