I am a big fan of the Montecristo Media Corona. It is the Sade of cigars. The "Smooth Operator" of that half corona world. I have found them to be remarkably consistent in delivering that pure cocoa/coffee/cream Montecristo DNA.

Wish my finances were in a strong position....those 2016's on 24:24 recently were likely amazing.

I like these a lot when I want a more refined Monte flavor profile. Certainly not as punchy as a Monte 5.

I tend to like my small cigars punchy so I go for the Monte 5 10/10 times but the MC is a very high quality and refined cigar. They're almost like a mini Edmundo.

If the Monte 5 is a bit too strong for you the MC is perfect.

that makes sense. I don't like punchy cigars - at all. 

must be why I really enjoy MMC. I'm currently completely out...but hopefully that'll change. 

I really feel these need 5 years though. I went through a 2018 box in 2021 and it wasn't nearly as good. I should have kept them longer.

I concur with what has already been said. Very refined for a short smoke. Love that they also come in tins of 5. I would say 3-5 years is a plus, but I enjoy them with little age too. Smoke time is usually between 30 and 45 mins for me.

Great little smokes, especially useful for cold winter evenings for a taste of Monte chocolate.. These and the HUHC are perfect winter cigars.
