It must be an empty feeling to totally lose hope. The Cuban people are known for resiliency but as humans they can only handle so much.  
 

May new solutions be found to bring a return of hope to those still there.  
 

Sure makes my problems seem minuscule.

What a sad watch.......We are booked for Cuba(resort) for 12th of nov. I have been reading on some resort online groups,that food/drinks etc are getting quite short at a lot of resorts. We talked of switching to somewhere else, but decided to go anyway. All we do is lay on the beach and do nothing for a week, so we will be fine. We figure we will go, and take some supplies and tip more than usual. Not much help, but hopefully help some folks out.
