I’ve found that using your phone’s built-in features can really make a difference. For example, playing around with the exposure and focus settings can give your photos a nice boost. Also, try shooting in natural light whenever you can—it always makes photos look more vibrant. If you want to take things up a notch, a frame like a Nixplay digital frame is great for displaying your best shots! You can find some tips on how to make the most of your smartphone camera here Nixplay tips. Keep experimenting, and you’ll be surprised by the results!

Yes. Plus, since the original post, there have been so many new features added to the iPhone camera. It's hard to believe how far it has come in just 2 years.

really useful thread.

i do need to upgrade - my phone camera will only take shots on X2, not on normal - i assume i dropped it on the wrong part some time. and some shots are blurry, others fine. no way to tell upfront.

a mate of mine from Europe who was a professional photographer for several decades - his job was literally to travel the world photographing supermodels - has also done a great deal of wine photography. vineyards, wineries, all manner of stuff. i was talking with him about one incredible shot that was on the cover of an international mag - this was about 10-12 years ago at least. told me he took it on his phone. even back then, they could do wonders.
