Popular Post Fugu Posted September 3, 2022 Popular Post Posted September 3, 2022 Just noticed by chance it’s Party review weekend, so here we go: Was planning for a larger ‘quality’ smoke today, but still too windy, and didn’t want to waste a good cigar. So picked up this Mille Fleurs that comes from a single fiver Petaca. Thus no box code (and no box press either). From the duty sticker and feel I take sometime around ‘21-production. I’ll keep this short and say this has been excellent, very well burning and exceptionally rich for a MF. Still more on the dryer side, dark and earthy with fungal hints, but even expressing the brand’s hallmark bellpepper notes. Perfect construction, nice wrapper, a pure joy to smoke. Had to lay it down for five minutes when one of our 🐕🐕🐕 left the property “unauthorised“ - and could take up smoking without any fuss on my return. This is just how a cigar should “work”. If I had to rate it, a solid 88-89 with potential for a higher score with a bit more age. Highly recommended at this quality level, very good value. 12 1
