What CCs do y'all smoke young?

I like Hoyo du depute. I find those smoke better young (or at least more flavorful, which is one of the selling points of the depute). Anything else I'll smoke young but don't necessarily prefer young.

Like most here I've found that recent production are good to go after a suitable acclimatisation period. I've got a healthy stash of 'nice' brewing on the back burner so it's helpful to be able to buy a box and just get into it with confidence.
