A friend and I have had an annual dinner event over the last few years featuring a menu item called 'beyond salad'. 

Most would call it a plate of shaved roast beef. 🥩

Uhh, this salad is my type! I also love the beef gravy recipe which is also a salad of meat and sauce. Whether it's a light and crisp salad with an assortment of vibrant, fresh vegetables or a comforting plate of tender, slow-cooked beef smothered in rich, savory gravy, I'm constantly reminded of the incredible diversity within the world of culinary delights.
