Popular Post joeruby
Nice looking Boli pc from a good box, quite furmish however at the head when squeezed, so it should be an interesting session. Upon lighting, draw is tight. I can get some smoke out of it and some good flavour right off the bat. 1/3rd - Intense woody and buttered toast. Espresso coffee creeps in and then a nice Brazil nutty flavour. Only sweetness I can taste is on the lips which leaves a nice after taste. Medium body. Flavour is great and it leaves me impatient wanting to draw again. However I have to work for it. 2/3rd - flavour is now becoming patchy, fading in and out, body is medium to strong. Cedar wood not much espresso coffee or it’s weakening. Brazil nut is in the background with slight white pepper. No sweetness whatsoever now. Lovely looking ash. Draw is still tight and I am constantly rolling with my fingers near the head trying to loosen the draw. I’m now beginning to overthink the firm draw and construction of this cigar and it’s really distracting from any flavour enjoyment I can get out of it. 3/3rd - finally the draw loosens up, getting more smoke now, however, flavour is dissipating. Become peppery and hot with only hints of weak milky coffee and cedar wood now the best flavours I’m picking up. Bitterness creeping in towards the end and I think it’s time to part company with it. I’ve had some great Bolly PC’s from this box, this is the first one where I can say the tight draw distracted from the overall enjoyment experience. It happens.. score 85-86
