RASS GRM OCT 21 (RRW)

Tonight I decided to smoke the first stick from a box of RASS I purchased from FOH a few months ago. It is also my first ever RASS, as I bought the box feeling pretty confident that I would enjoy them from others' reviews. I was not wrong!

First third: medium body with creamy chocolate, cinnamon, and caramel notes. The draw was great with a slight resistance which I prefer. Lots of smoke! A nice grassy twang on the retrohale.

Second third: cocoa and cinnamon continue, with a pronounced anise flavor coming into the fold. Then raisins join the party. Very pleasant mix of flavors!

Final third: cocoa has disappeared and creamy cinnamon, anise and raisins continue to shine. A little bit of spiciness on the retrohale as the end approaches. I smoked the cigar slowly (about 90 minutes in total) and I think this helped the last third of the smoke from getting harsh. Definitely a full-bodied stick after about the halfway point.

Overall a very pleasant hour and a half, especially considering the cigar is so young. Can't wait to see how these age, if I can keep my paws off of them. I think another box is on my near future! 92 points.
