Unique serial numbers. The microprining on all was 9999 9999 9999 9999

Being all unique does this add to the possibility HSA used inferior seals? What was the outcome of the previous years this happened?

The seals were inferior (as pointed out). It may have just been a batch. We will find out soon enough. 

In previous years, normal protocols were quickly put into action. Issue completely ignored.

Vrijdag Premium Printing in the Netherlands prints the Cohiba bands, right?  Do they also print the seals?
