cgoodrich Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 My condolences on your loss. He was far too young. I too lost my father in January, but he had lived a full life (82) and it was expected as his health had been declining rapidly. My wife lost 2 younger brothers (59 & 45) and an older sister (63) in a 3 month span, nearly a year ago. She is still grieving deeply. Some days my words help, some days not. You are so correct in what you said, cherish every day with your loved ones. Life has an expiration date, we just don’t know when that day is. May you find peace as you go through this time, and I hope my words can help in some small way. You and your family will be in my prayers. 🙏 4

tuff Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 My condolences on the loss of your Dad. From his smile, if I was in a room full of people he had walked into, he would be the person I would have wanted to get to know. The thought of "keeping him on your shoulder as an adviser" from Mr. Ayala is beautiful and I concur. 4
TBird55 Posted May 26, 2022 Posted May 26, 2022 So sorry for the loss of your father. I lost mine 8 years ago at the age of 88. I was fortunate to have him in my life for as long as I did. Still think of him daily, the pain of the loss will fade, but will always be there. Peace 1
