Not sure they are my thing. And what fun to clean!

Perhaps the weirdest thing is that they take 450 to 500 mls. So 2/3rds of a bottle at best. What is the point?

And apparently they come in at around E850 each.

Yea. Use it once and throw it out. 

Might work for whisky if you buy the same kind again and again....

For £8.50 I would get one as a gimmick and fill it with something not very sophisticated to please a rowdy dinner party

For £850 I would rather buy a great Chambertin and drink it with a straw
