Amazing how, for all that has changed in Cuba and the wider world, the fields, curing barns, and rolling have barely changed. I know a lot of variables like the strains aren't the same, but how many other consumer products in the West have changed so little in a century? Maybe some whiskey/spirit producers, and the handful of artisans hand-making items for wealthy clientele. Remarkable.
