But how do they age the band to match the age of the cigar?  Do they wash and launder them like the cartel does dollar bills?

Now that I know this I will be launching my new side business...lol...dollars not dunhills.  After all, it's against my religion to take advantage of Botl ;)

You'd be amazed what modern printing presses are capable of.  This quick pod cast can give you an idea :)

I may have posted this before, don't remember.

The market for reprints of old/new bands was tremendous in the boom period.  I was actually surprised at how many variations there were available.  I suspect, if you know the right places, they are still as prevalent.
