HSA is under relatively new ownership. The new owners laid low for almost a year, but they are starting to make some moves behind the scenes. If you just paid a few billion dollars for an asset wouldn't you want to tighten up your I.P. a bit? I think its silly to go after something this small and completely in support of HSA, but I'm guessing the venture capitalists in Hong Kong dont have much of an emotional connection to this forum. They do have a responsibility to make money though, so I'm expecting many more changes over the next few years.
