Popular Post Lamboinee Posted November 7, 2022 Popular Post Posted November 7, 2022 These crepes were delicious .... Do they look like genuine French crepes? Idk. But they tasted great from the French market 5
Popular Post ElJavi76 Posted November 7, 2022 Popular Post Posted November 7, 2022 Leaving Rome tomorrow… did a food tour in Pratti and it included a stop at Bonci Pizzarium. This dude has been called the Michelangelo of Pizza. W the actual F! Best pizza I’ve had in recent memory. The rest of the food tour was great but who cares… this pizza couldn’t be topped. If you want to see what this guy is about… Netflix. Chef’s Table Pizza series episode #2. Gabrielle Bonci. True food artist. 9

Final product and some process pics below. I used cottage cheese instead of sour cream this time...it was nice. next time I'll probably use both. 11

Popular Post SigmundChurchill Posted December 11, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 11, 2022 The Monkey Bar in NYC finally re-opened after closing during COVID. It was bought by the owner of another NYC restaurant that is really hot right now, 4 Charles Prime Rib, and he just re-opened it in September. It did not disappoint. The cocktails were out of this world too. I should have taken some photos of them. Hamachi Crudo Maple glazed bacon. The best creamed spinach I have ever tasted. Steak tartar Spicy fried chicken Truffle Burger Banana Split 20

This group is from Chicago. I wasn’t surprised when I found that out. Chicago has some great restaurants. 2

Popular Post LLC Posted December 25, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 25, 2022 Great dinner last night. Maybe an 8 pound prime rib and a ham (not pictured) almost as big, along with all the fixings was a bit much for the four of us but it didn’t stop us from having a big brunch today. 15
Popular Post jakebarnes Posted December 25, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 25, 2022 Big tradition to have an dry aged strip on Xmas eve. With all the wine, of course 14

Popular Post SigmundChurchill Posted December 27, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 27, 2022 Matsuhisa, Vail. Every year we take a night out without the kids and come here. I actually proposed to my wife at Nobu in NYC back when that was the only Nobu restaurant on the planet, and very few people outside of NYC or LA ever heard of chef Nobu Matsuhisa. There was a Matsuhisa restaurant in LA that predates Nobu in NYC. Anyway, everything was amazing, as usual. Shishito Peppers Spicy Yellowtail Lobster Tacos King Crab Legs in Ponzu sauce. Japanese Eggplant Black Cod in Sweet Miso House Special Roll Mochi Ice Cream with Passion Fruit and Condensed Milk. 16
SCgarman Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 Looks fantastic. Howard Stern used to mention that restaurant often when I used to listen years back. So it's obviously food on another level. I would likely have to mortgage a kidney to pay the check and the tip! 😂
