My wife asked me what I wanted for birthday and I asked for a brunch. She made all of this by herself. One of the greatest meals I ever had.

Sat at the kitchen bar and chef Javier just brought out what he liked. 

Standouts were tuna in passionfruit sauce, pipies in a lemon wine garlic sauce and a T-bone to die for.
