I haven't had dobin mushi in ages. I will always remember the smell of the sudachi, much more fragrant than lime, and with a more interesting/complex flavour.

That looks amazing! All the dishes i like to eat have lots of calories and that's something i can't have now. I am going to buy wegovy online and start a serious fight with my extra weight. It's been bothering me for many years , that i can't have a normal life, because of the extra pounds.

Found a Shanxi place round the corner from new work place. This could become a regular! 

Braised pork, gravy, pickled veg, rice, egg. Lovely!
