Not sure how many people on here live/have been to the North Shore of Boston, but in these parts we have a sandwich colloquially referred to as a “beef”. This is what’s referred to as a “three-way” beef, and the pun is most definitely intended. James River BBQ sauce (this is what truly makes it a beef as opposed to a typical RB sandwich) a swipe of mayo and white American cheese. Served on a toasted roll, a good beef is enough to buckle the knees. This was my homemade recreation, though obviously with some Jimmy River for authenticity.

Decided to think outside the box the other day and whipped up some Duck à l’Orange. For the pan sauce I deglazed with Cognac and then reduced some fresh squeezed OJ with a little honey.
