This is what’s referred to as a “three-way” beef, and the pun is most definitely intended. James River BBQ sauce (this is what truly makes it a beef as opposed to a typical RB sandwich) a swipe of mayo and white American cheese. Served on a toasted roll, a good beef is enough to buckle the knees.
