Great diet! This is a prime dry aged ribeye cap (aka colotte, deckle, or spinalis). You could easily argue it is the best part of a cow. Over some super hot nice greyed out oak charcoals… bonkers good. 6

Anyone recognize what fish that is? My Chinese speaking friend ordered it from the specials chalkboard so we can't look up the name of it on the actual menu. May have just been the "fish of the day" thing too. 6

I was hit in the head by a flying fish when out on the boat in Cuba. . He didn't make it. It looked very similar 1

They are best eaten raw with a little chilli, wasabi and soy...basically a herring with wings in our neck anyway 2
