Hi Everyone

Alex and I are the only ones able to make into the office ... my fathers best advice is always buy on a hill ( thanks dad) .. we made it through fine but our place (we are on the coast) copped 850mls (28.74192 Ounces) in 3 days ... just a tad wet LOL . Diana and Rob sure picked a great time to go on holidays 😆

Only damage is to Rob's liver, as he now has a permanent table at the Mooloolaba Surf Club.

Nothing like being trapped in a good place.

Covid over Christmas was helped immensely by the fact we had a fridge full of great booze ready for the big day. My wife and I managed to celebrate properly!

Brisbane is in cleanup. Sydney just starting their flood cleanup. 

Freight networks completely disrupted. 

It's a mess.

That's insane.  I hope you're all OK and that the waters subside ASAP.  This must be an insurance nightmare.

Estimated insurance cost is AUD1.45 billion, based on the number of claims so far and previous flood events.
