What's up for the weekend?

We are out of quarantine today. 

Time for a long lunch .......long long lunch......

The good thing about the pandemic sweeping through the local town is that restaurant cancellations mean that where you normally need to wait 3 months for the better ones.....you can now get a booking the day before or even on the day itself.

Dana and I are on PDC for the month so I suppose it’ll be lay by the pool with Paloma’s.

Drop off dogs for grooming at 8:00 am.  Grocery shopping after that.  Followed by adult beverage shopping.    Then grab lunch.  Pick dogs back up around 10:30 and return home.  Football starts at 4:30.    About it for Saturday.  Sunday?  Quiet day with more playoff football!  Snow expected along with ice for Sunday night.

1st 2 day weekend off since the 1st week of November! Burning another of these wonderful MSU 19 Boli PC’s! The weather is a perfect 20C/70F and the ducks and geese are starting their mating dances. Debbie is making her delicious home-made lasagna. Always a crowd pleaser! Football playoffs begin!!!

Went to Mt. Bachelor yesterday.

Dealing with the oh so fun task of cutting and installing baseboards and molding.  Fixing up my garage and making new shelves for my charcuterie/cheese cave, and, although I know I did everything right, hoping that I did not just make a few sacks filled of botulism.  

The salamis and charcuterie are already smelling damn good though.

Wedding today and my wife bailed, so 3 hour drive out in Long Island to a wedding I don’t know anyone else attending. Tough. I’m bringing heavy Cuban artillery to entertain myself. Let’s see, it’s too cold here.
