No....I won't be doing it   :D

"I got an idea for you.

Since right now, certain cigars like Cohiba Robusto, Siglo VI, Lanceros are super high in demand, instead of selling those individually, how about bulk it?

For example- when you have Cohiba Siglo VI ready for 24:24, they have to order the following in bulk.

Cohiba Siglo VI (box of 25)

Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure 2 (box of 25)

Romeo y Julieta No 2 (box of 25)

This way, the people who REALLY want the Siglo VI, will have to buy the regular production together as well. What do you think of this idea?"

it is exactly what HSA do to distributors! :D

We can give you 5000 sticks of CORO but you need to take 20,000 sticks of R&J Mille Fleurs and 10,000 Regalias as part of the order.

Similar to liquor with bars. Especially if you want the rare stuff like Pappy's, etc.

If you want Pappy, you gotta have Coke or Pepsi in the glass too?

I’m sorry but quite frankly that is just idiotic …not calling names, I just think this individual had some sort of brain fart

No no no, he would expect you to generously gift him a box. Not a fiver you cheap bastard.

It’s used to be pretty normal in some other similar lines of business. Eg fine wine: if you want the top grand cru stuff, buy some of the more ordinary village wine too. Seems to me that’s being phased out though in favour of wider price differentials. I’m happy as things are here for sure…

To be fair this is already done by various vendors around the world. Its basically, buy 500 euros of Coro, and buy 500 euros of rubbish with it (noella jars, cazadores, cuaba, mille fuers, and all the other low selling stuff)... great way to sell more volume to the asian market. It happens with every exclusive item known.

Well, just as long as you don’t call any names. 😁

Oh boy, he's saying it like it's a punishment but he's missed out on 12+ months of regular dream production 😅

you see it in the wine industry all the time.

you want Grange, you buy a pallet of Rawsons Retreat as well and so forth. and some retailers extend it to customers (i should add that penfolds are very much far from the only ones - just using that as the example).
